Enrich your client’s details with LinkedIn and Pronouns

The more calls you have with clients, the more meaningful details you learn about them — their pets, their spouse’s name, what they care most about, and on.

Wouldn’t it be great if your notes reflected those details?

Now they will!

This week, you’ll notice three improvements to your People profiles:

1. Get the pronouns right. My cofounder Sam is “he”. My friend’s cofounder Sam is “she”. Now you can add pronouns to people's profiles so Heyday respects their identity…and you don’t have to fix mistaken references in your notes.
2. Incorporate context from the past. Add your client’s LinkedIn profile to pull details from their past work into your Assistant’s responses and meeting notes.
3. Add those personal details. Jot down details about your clients that aren't captured elsewhere to personalize your coaching feedback.

To upgrade your notes, head to your client’s page, click “Edit Profile” and add them directly, like this:
